Dear Kewaunee Elementary School Students and Parents,

I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Kewaunee Elementary School. KES provides rich, authentic learning experiences that meet the individual student needs, interests, and abilities of all students in a safe, respectful, and responsible learning environment.

KES is a school community that values lifelong learning. KES has dedicated staff members who have a passion for bringing the best out of each individual student, helping them to always be cognizant of their self-worth, so that they can achieve to their fullest potential. In fact, this past year we were recognized by the Wisconsin RtI Center for our efforts in implementing an equitable, multi-level system of supports once again!

Together with families and the community, we will provide a rigorous curriculum with meaningful opportunities that will enable all students to develop their self-awareness skills, and an appreciation for global awareness, creating leaders one child at a time. As a former graduate of this district, I’m excited to embark on my 23rd year here at KES. I look forward to creating many more wonderful memories.
