The Early Childhood classroom got to get together with 7th grade students to support the G.R.E.A.T. program. A program run by Officer Szydel that focuses on becoming strong community members. They were able to collaborate with the Early Childhood students to support a project that focuses on ways we are able to make our community a better place! They had lots of fun playing together. They were able to model kindness and strengthen play skills among each other. A special opportunity for the Early Childhood students.
One of the benefits of our small community includes a connection with the middle school and elementary school buildings which allows for opportunities to enhance experiences and adds a sense of community connection for students of all ages.
