voice

At our school, we believe that even our youngest learners can be leaders. To give students a stronger voice in decision-making, we recently launched Student Voice Lunches with our 3rd- and 4th-grade students.

Using PBIS behavioral data, we will identify areas where students can help us improve our school environment. Small groups of students will be invited to a working lunch, where they will share their ideas, discuss possible solutions, and bring those ideas back to their classmates.

Each student leader will serve as a voice for their peers, making sure everyone has a chance to contribute. By keeping the groups small, we ensure that every participant is actively involved, while still gathering a wide range of perspectives.

Our goal is to help students see themselves as problem solvers and decision-makers, while strengthening our school community through collaboration and leadership.
